Job summary

Elevate Entertainment Group is seeking Seasonal Holiday Team Members for FOH and BOH roles to deliver memorable guest experiences during the busiest time of year.

You will greet guests, help with food preparation and service, support both front and back of house operations, keep areas clean, restock supplies, and follow safety procedures while collaborating with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work during the holiday season, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexibility to work increased hours during peak business periods.
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Some locations may require Food Handler and State Alcohol Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their visit.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation, service, and presentation.
• Support Front of House operations, including taking orders, processing transactions, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining guest areas.
• Support Back of House operations, including food preparation, kitchen organization, and maintaining proper food safety standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the venue, including kitchens and dining areas.
• Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate replenishment needs to leadership.
• Follow all food handling, sanitation, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
• Remain flexible and assist in other areas of the operation as business needs require.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
