As a Floating Leasing Specialist, you'll support a portfolio of affordable housing communities—both new lease-up developments and established properties. This is more than just leasing; it's about uplifting lives and contributing to the well-being of the community.

• Salary Range: $23 to $27 per hour
• Seasonal Role with Purpose: Work from now through August 31, 2025 (with flexibility based on needs).
• Travel Across Denver: Step in where help is needed most at properties throughout the metro area.
• Affordable Housing Focus: Support families and individuals in finding stable, affordable housing.
• Flexible Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week with scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and professionalism.
• Conduct tours, assist with applications, and present communities with pride.
• Process affordable housing files accurately and in compliance with program standards.
• Coordinate closely with the Compliance Department for timely renewals and recertifications.
• Help with resident move-ins, lease administration, and everyday inquiries.
• Represent our values through empathetic, respectful service.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Experience with affordable housing compliance is a plus.
• A servant-minded approach—driven to help others and serve the community.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Denver.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
