Job summary

C-A-L Ranch Stores is seeking a Seasonal Sporting Goods Associate in Draper, UT to conduct firearm transactions according to state and federal law and company policy while delivering excellent customer service. You will assist with merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and store housekeeping during up to a 120-day assignment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transfers, safely handling firearms, answering calls, and maintaining product knowledge and promotions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of firearms handling and safety.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.
• Familiar with computer systems and email usage.
• Understanding of retail concepts and promotions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be at least 21 years old per firearm regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product location.
• Handle firearm transfers in compliance with laws and policy.

• Assist with floor moves, signage, and housekeeping.
