Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch complex.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge in precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.
• Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and hospitality.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs to drive customer retention.
• Assist with inventory, fulfill orders, and support events and security of merchandise.

Responsibilities
