Job summary

Blair Hill Inn / Slate Restaurant in Greenville, ME is seeking an experienced fine dining server to join an amazing team with a breathtaking view each night. You should be observant, able to think critically, and communicate exceptionally with guests.

Season runs through October 24, 2026; strong wine service skills, reliability for nights, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work calmly under pressure are essential. Shared housing may be available.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of wine and ability to perform wine service table side.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally carry heavy items in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

Blair Hill Inn / Slate Restaurant is searching for an experienced fine dining server who would enjoy working in an exciting, fast-paced environment with an amazing team and beautiful view each night.

In order to succeed as a server, you should be observant and have the ability to think critically and efficiently. You should be a skilled communicator with excellent guest services skills.
