Promontory Development, LLC in Park City, UT, is seeking a Food and Beverage Fine Dining Busser for Sage Restaurant on a seasonal schedule (evenings Thursday–Monday). You'll assist with beverage service, clear and reset tables, and maintain a welcoming dining room for our Members.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, Utah food handler certification within two weeks, and at least 1 year of bussing experience; POS familiarity preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of bussing experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Utah Food Handler certification within two weeks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; high attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Greet Members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist beverage service as needed.
• Clear, sanitize, and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas including floors, doors, windows, and countertops.
• Communicate with hosts and servers; complete opening/closing side work.
