Backroads Utah, Inc. is seeking an LD Content Coordinator to join the Leadership Development Team in Salt Lake City.

This seasonal role focuses on coordinating training logistics, building and updating content assets, and ensuring materials are accurate and accessible across programs. The successful candidate will execute content creation, system updates, and communications while supporting broader strategy.

• Experience with field staff training and content delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics for BLUE training and LD programs, including schedules and materials.
• Build, format, and update BLUE content and assets for pre-program, live, and virtual delivery in collaboration with content experts.
• Plan and distribute the BLUE communication sequence, typically 3–4 communications per event.
• Distribute surveys and compile results for program improvement.
• Gather stakeholder inputs to ensure training materials are complete and delivery-ready.
• Maintain LD asset calendars, naming conventions, version control, and brand standards.
• Assist migration of legacy training materials to new systems with QA checks.
• Support LMS administration by configuring courses, enrollments, and tracking completions.
