Job summary

GreenStripe is seeking a Seasonal Technician Helper to join our field team in New Jersey. You will perform lawn care tasks, aeration, seeding, and tree & shrub services, using professional equipment and following safety guidelines.

You’ll work on routes, document work via mobile tech, and ensure quality on each property. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn lawn care practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; 1+ years driving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lawn and landscape services on assigned routes.
• Apply lawn care treatments, aeration, seeding, and tree & shrub services.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company and regulatory guidelines.
• Inspect customer properties and provide recommendations to improve lawn health.
• Manage daily routes and service documentation via mobile technology.
