Job summary

Join 2020 Companies as a Seasonal Retail Engagement Specialist in Seattle, WA to visit 22–30 locations daily, educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and build merchant relationships while traveling across the territory.

This temporary role lasts ~90 days, pays $28 per hour with a 10% monthly bonus, and offers weekly pay options, mileage reimbursement, paid training, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route.
• Adaptable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the client to train and advocate for client products at the retailer.
• Drive merchant awareness within your assigned territory.
• Maintain professional interaction with both merchants and fellow employees.
• Place point-of-purchase signage on exterior and/or interior of the business.
• Advise merchants by providing information on products.
• Audit and record competitive products, promotions, merchandising, displays, and merchant feedback.
• Travel to major markets and events for iconic launches to promote products.
• Contribute to team effort by assisting in launch-related activities, as needed.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure feedback reporting is submitted in a timely manner.
