Job summary

H&R Block is looking for a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist to ensure that their tax office network is fully functional and operational. In this role, you will support the setup and closure of seasonal tax offices, including maintaining office equipment and communicating with various teams.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, technical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires the ability to lift equipment and work independently in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move office equipment weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Basic technical knowledge including experience with computer hardware.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, opening, closure, and relocation of seasonal tax offices.
• Perform routine building maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Install, remove, and support PC hardware across multiple office locations.
