H&R Block is seeking a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist to support our tax office network in Azle, Texas. This role ensures that offices are operationally ready and aligned with brand standards by providing hands-on operational, technical, and logistical support. You will work with various teams to facilitate successful office openings and closures.

The ideal candidate should be able to lift office equipment, possess solid technical knowledge, and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow direction and exercise sound judgment in a field-based environment.
• Experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware.
• Must have reliable transportation for travel between office locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, opening, closure, and relocation of seasonal tax offices.
• Perform routine building maintenance and ensure offices are clean and organized.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware issues and document incidents within the case management system.
