Pay Type: Hourly, bi-weekly.

Weekly Schedule: Collaborate with the manager to create a schedule that works for you.

• Available days: Monday through Friday.
• Available hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (flexible start/end times).

Role Responsibilities

The Feed Delivery Driver will safely deliver bulk or bagged feed to members, ensuring high-quality service. Responsibilities include local on-farm deliveries, truck maintenance, reporting, and operations, using Class A or B CDL trucks.

• Deliver feed products on time to local members/customers.
• Operate in Class A or B CDL trucks depending on route.
• Assist with loading/unloading using forklifts or manually.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Ensure trucks are well-maintained and clean.
• Complete reports and paperwork accurately.
• Follow safety protocols, including locking doors and avoiding cell phone use while driving.
• Drive defensively and safely at all times.
• Support feed mill operations and collaborate across divisions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Class A or B CDL.
• Previous delivery experience preferred.
• Clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and responsible.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
