Catalyst Brands is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate in Springfield, MO to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and apply fashion knowledge to assist customers. You will drive sales, share styling tips, and maintain store standards while engaging with customers and teammates.

The role supports opening/closing duties and uses company tools to build loyalty and meet goals. Flexible evenings/weekends and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
