Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to share a passion for fashion and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage customers, promote our values, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

As part of a team, you will use product knowledge to tailor recommendations, support sales targets, and participate in daily store operations while upholding our standards of respect, inclusivity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs.
• Reasonable accommodation as required by the ADA.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing selling strategies.
• Share product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and maintain a neat store.
• Support floor sets, stocking, and ringing up customers.
