Job summary

Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers, delivering excellent service and helping customers choose outfits. You’ll educate, inspire wardrobe selections, and collaborate with leadership to provide a best-in-class omni-channel experience.

You’ll engage customers, drive sales, and support operations on the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house, keeping your area neat and ready in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom, and office, lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and products.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omni-channel engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized work center and assist on floor, fitting room, and cash wrap.
