Job summary

H&M is seeking a Seasonal Sales Advisor at The Parks Mall in Arlington to deliver outstanding customer service, guide customers through our store, and actively sell products. The role involves garment care, maintaining displays, and assisting with stock and store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

You will engage customers with fashion trends, promote the Hello Member loyalty program, and uphold H&M brand standards in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and omni experience where available.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and conversations.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products in all store areas.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions.
• Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management.
