Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for our Village Pointe store in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is onsite for a 3–4 month term with potential extension, working with a dynamic team to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience.

You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and support store events while maintaining merchandising standards. Flexibility, reliability, and positive attitude are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities is a plus.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees and partners.
• Ability to work with large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 10–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement during in-store events and promotions as well as community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easier and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to help improve the business and meet store goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes as needed; boxes weigh 10–30 lbs.
