Qualifications

• Be able, willing, and available to perform the specified job duties for the duration of the contract period.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs.
• Criminal background check required.
• Applicants must have 3 months of verifiable agricultural experience.
• Saturday work required.
• Outdoor work in extreme temperatures; extensive standing and walking.
• Must furnish verifiable job references or comparable documentation from recent employer.

Responsibilities

• Grade and pack product by hand or with mechanized equipment (e.g., bagging, labeling machines).
• Inspect products for defects and sort by grade/weight; prepare for shipment or storage.
• Operate equipment safely and follow production procedures; maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with routine maintenance on equipment and basic repairs as needed.
