Hot Topic, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help create an engaging in-store experience for fans of music and pop culture. You will share fandom knowledge, stock and merchandise products, and assist customers with enthusiastic, friendly service.

Responsibilities include maintaining visual standards, processing sales at the register, and supporting store operations while collaborating with the team to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail preferred.
• Passion for music and pop culture a plus.
• Ability to assist customers and sell effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register and drive add-on sales with perks like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Share fashion and music trend info with management and HQ partners.
• Minimize theft and collaborate with store leadership to maintain security.
• Help keep stock rooms organized and the store tidy.
• Demonstrate teamwork and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
