Grow Early Learning in Semmes, AL seeks a Family and Health Coordinator to lead health and family services programs in the community.

You will collaborate with other professionals, develop and implement programs, provide support to families, maintain accurate records, and stay current with best practices in family health services. This is a seasonal position offering development opportunities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Health Science, Health Education, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
• 2+ years of verifiable experience coordinating health and family services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs that promote health and well-being of families in the community.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure program effectiveness and meet needs of children and families.
