Job summary

CAMP seeks Seasonal Sales Associates for our family-focused stores in Florida. This seasonal, part-time position (approximately 5–25 hours per week) offers morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, with at least one weekend day and peak holiday coverage.

You will engage guests, drive sales, and participate in product demos and events in a vibrant, immersive retail space. Responsibilities include greeting guests, leading demonstrations, processing transactions, and supporting store operations while

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, childcare, or related fields preferred.
• High energy, guest-first attitude, and ability to engage both adults and children.

Responsibilities

• Guide families through the retail experience and drive sales.
• Lead product demonstrations, crafting or slime bar activities, and staff gift-wrapping.
• Support store activations and events like birthday parties.
• Process transactions at the register and share program/news information.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and general store tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
