Job summary

CAMP is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team and guide families through our immersive retail experience. You will help create a magical visit, drive sales, and ensure guests of all ages leave eager to return.

Shifts are 4–8 hours across mornings, afternoons, and evenings, with at least one weekend day (two preferred) and participation in holiday periods. This role requires high energy, warmth, and a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 4 to 8-hour shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Available to work at least one weekend day per week (both preferred) and peak holiday periods.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first attitude.
• Patience, warmth, joy, humor, and strong improvisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome every guest into the store, start engaging conversations to discover their interests, and introduce relevant products to drive retail sales.
