Krazy Coupon Lady, LLC is seeking a Season 6-month Manager, Facebook Growth & Engagement to lead a high-volume posting and engagement program across Facebook pages and groups. You will own the strategy, execution, and performance of this channel in a remote, fast-moving environment.

You will build scalable playbooks for content distribution, engagement, and monetization, manage a small cross-functional team, and collaborate with content, product, and marketing to drive traffic and revenue while

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in social media, with deep expertise in Facebook performance and traffic generation.
Proven track record of scaling high-volume posting strategies and driving measurable growth.
Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

Own Facebook as a high-volume, performance-driven channel driving traffic and revenue at scale.
Define and evolve the channel strategy across content distribution, engagement, and monetization.
Manage day-to-day performance against core KPIs and build a testing roadmap.
