The Memoir Agency seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor for Dazzling Nights at Leu Gardens in Orlando, FL. This seasonal role involves supervising concession tents, bars, and vending operations, ensuring quality service and safety during events.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a tip pool, and availability for evenings and weekends is required. The position supports operations, trains staff, maintains inventory, and ensures compliance with sanitation and alcohol policies.

Formación

• Experience in outdoor event concessions or similar environments.
• Supervisory experience in high-volume area preferred.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency with POS systems and handling various transaction types.
• Strong customer service skills for guest experiences in all conditions.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Google Docs/Drive helpful.
• Excellent English communication both written and spoken.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with setup.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of concession stands, bars, and vending locations during events.
• Support food, beverage, and operational needs for event and non-event days.
• Supervise all concession and staff; ensure service, cleanup and stocking standards.
• Train staff for efficient and profitable service.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and alcohol service compliance.
• Maintain inventory and familiarity with service equipment.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays; on-site during events.
• Manage logistics for beverage programs and on-site production.
• Handle minor accounting during settlements.
