Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be willing to accept $16.50/hour.
• Must be available to work listed schedule.
• Must be able to work November 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely.
• Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control.
• Offer refueling option to Emerald Aisle members.
• Maintain the Exit Booth and surrounding area for a neat, orderly image.
• Ensure the Booth is stocked with supplies to meet customer needs.
• Provide customers with undivided attention and greet customers at the exit booth.
• Assist customers with directions and local area information; resolve service issues when needed.
• Perform other related duties to meet customer service expectations.
