Job summary

Island Realty is seeking a punctual team member to support property maintenance and guest services. The role requires inspecting ICI units to ensure adherence to ICI Property Standard Guidelines and cleaning units as needed to maintain standards.

You will replace approved MSI items, communicate with field and office staff, and report damages or issues promptly. You will assist guests with information and resolve concerns with care, while coordinating with homeowners on cleaning needs and

• Experience in property maintenance or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to inspect units for compliance with guidelines.
