Bass Pro Shops in Hanover, MD is hiring a Seasonal Events Associate for part-time work during the holidays. The role supports store events, assists customers with buying decisions, and helps run in-house outdoor skills workshops; interviews are conducted on site during the national hiring event.

You will preserve a safe, clean workspace, promote CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up, and collaborate with management and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate professionally.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports, and handle cash.
• Ability to work in a noisy, busy environment with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making buying decisions and promote programs (Club Membership, In-Store Pick-up).
• Support execution of seasonal events and in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with management and coworkers.
• Participate in store events and represent Bass Pro Shops professionally.
