Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Seasonal Events Associate to support store events and short-term assignments throughout the year. You will help create a memorable shopping experience by assisting customers with purchases and by promoting store programs such as CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional service.
• Basic math for discounts and making change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in buying decisions and promote programs (CLUB, VOC, In‑Store Pick‑up).
• Establish positive working relationships with management, coworkers, customers.
• Assist with execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep the work area clean, neat and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
