Bass Pro Shops is hiring for seasonal events Associate roles in Tampa, FL. Join us for our National Hiring Event to interview on the spot for various positions during the holiday season.

The Seasonal Events Associate will support store events, assist customers with needs and promotions, and help with outdoor skills workshops. Flexible hours and a fast-paced retail environment are expected.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change.
• Ability to perform data entry, analyze reports and ledgers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other Associates.
• Good Customer Service skills.
• Ability to function in a noisy and hectic environment, with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Provide a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by: identifying and evaluating customers' needs, making product recommendations based off of this analysis and promoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and in-Store Pick-up
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in Store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• All other duties as assigned
