• Support world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers in buying decisions by identifying needs, making recommendations, and promoting programs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with management, coworkers, children and customers.
• Assist with the execution of seasonal events.
• Facilitate in-house outdoor skills workshops.
• Participate in store events as scheduled.
• Keep work area clean, neat and safe at all times.
• All other duties as assigned.
