Job summary

Abbode LLC is seeking an adaptable events assistant to support on-site booths, engage customers, and guide design options for embroidery products. You will help manage inventory, set up appealing displays, and ensure a seamless event experience. Flexible for weekends/evenings and NY metro travel required.

Experience in retail or event settings is preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills will help deliver excellent customer service. Training ASAP.

We are a fast growing embroidery brand that isseeking an adaptable, customer-focused professional with experience in event support, retail sales, and assisting customers in designing customized products. We're looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and possesses the ability to manage on-site event activities, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient event execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Participate in setting up and managing company booths or stations at events, including trade shows, pop-ups, and corporate events.

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote embroidery products and services

Assist customers in selecting designs, colors, and custom embroidery options based on their preferences and needs while aligning with embroidery capabilities

Manage event inventory and maintain an organized and visually appealing event setup, adhering to host brand and company merchandising standards.

Coordinate with event organizers and team members to ensure seamless event execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability on week days

• Saturday & Sunday availability non-negotiable from December 5th - 20th with possibility of November 28 & 29

• Ability to begin training ASAP

• Willingness to commute to events within the five boroughs of New York City and to work events outside of NYC with provided transportation

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Customer service and/or sales and/or serving experience
