Job summary

Vibee is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Assistant in Las Vegas to support warehouse operations. This role reports to the Warehouse Manager and collaborates daily with warehouse staff, office personnel, and management to ensure timely completion of tasks.

The ideal candidate will manage emails, assist with inventory, load/unload trucks, drive designated loads, and maintain accuracy under pressure with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or admin roles.
• Proficient with mobile devices, Mac and PC platforms.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Logical and efficient problem solving.
• Positive, proactive attitude.
• Situation urgency management for various projects.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shared inbox, prioritize messages, route to team members.
• Provide administrative and logistics support to the warehouse management team.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and safe item placement.
• Drive flatbed or pickup trucks to/from warehouse site.
• Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse organization.
• Sort merchandise for event distribution and prep items.
• Undertake special projects as requested.
• Operate forklift and pallet jacket.
