Job summary

Quest Events, LLC is hiring a Seasonal Event Installer to join a team of installers. The role emphasizes reliability and customer service while loading, unloading gear, and setting up drape, furniture and hardware at event venues.

Workload ranges from 0 to 40+ hours per week through the busy season, with opportunities for overtime, advancement, and potential full-time status. Strong teamwork and leadership are valued on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage consecutive events while handling stress and challenges.
• Excellent customer service skills and a great attitude are essential.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Maintain a professional appearance, reliable transportation, and be punctual.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily scheduled activities in the warehouse and on-site.
• Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members.
• Load and unload company vehicles at the warehouse and on jobsites.
• Participate in sets and strikes at event venues.
• Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work is finished.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every jobsite.
