Job summary

Kate Ryan Event Rentals is seeking a Seasonal Driver / Event Setup Part Time role in Tampa, FL. This is not a 9 to 5 position, and the season runs through late June. You will deliver, set up, and break down event rentals, while ensuring items are presented professionally and customers are satisfied.

Ideal candidates are highly attentive to detail, flexible with schedules, and maintain a positive, proactive attitude to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and rental trucks for deliveries as assigned.
• Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and protecting inventory.
• Support event setup and breakdown.
• Ensure rental items are placed correctly and presented professionally.
• Follow all driving safety protocols and company procedures.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude with clients, venues and partners.
• Assist with basic warehouse support tasks as needed.
• Ensure each delivery and setup meets Kate Ryan Event Rentals' quality and presentation standards.
