Job summary

Kate Ryan Event Rentals in Tampa, FL is seeking a Seasonal Driver / Event Setup role through late June, with potential to become permanent. This position goes beyond simple deliveries to delivering an experience, with emphasis on presentation and customer service to ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.

You will drive company vehicles, assist with loading and unloading, support event setup and breakdown, place items correctly, and uphold safety procedures and professional attitude

Responsibilities

Drive company vehicles and rental trucks for deliveries as assigned.
Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and protecting inventory.
Support event setup and breakdown.
Ensure rental items are placed correctly and presented professionally.
Follow all driving safety protocols and company procedures.
Maintain a professional and customer service focused attitude when interacting with clients, venues, and event partners.
Assist with basic warehouse support tasks as needed.
Help ensure every delivery and setup meets Kate Ryan Event Rentals' standards for quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
