Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and documents administration per standards.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency and scope.
• Participates in developing and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessments.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR, code team).
• Provides patient and family education on conditions, treatment plans, and discharge care.
