Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, FL seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a seasonal mids position at the Bayshore Gardens Free-Standing Emergency Department. Requires a minimum of 2 years of ED experience and current Florida RN licensure, with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC and NIH Stroke certifications.

Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Florida.
• BLS through American Heart Association.
• ACLS through American Heart Association.
• PALS through American Heart Association.
• TNCC Certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification.
• CPI required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with policy and standards.
• Communicate with physicians and nursing staff about patient needs.
• Administer IVs and medications to aid patient health.
• Monitor patient vital signs using medical equipment.
