Job summary

BayCare Health System seeks RN(s) for ER staffing assignments across the BayCare network. Seasonal pool roles run 13–26 weeks, with eligibility requiring residence over 150 miles and documentation. Nurses provide compassionate, high‑quality care in fast‑paced ER environments.

Shifts are 6:45PM to 7:15AM, with every other weekend. On-call is not required. The program emphasizes equal opportunity employment for veterans and disabled applicants.

Qualifications

• RN License required.
• Diploma/Associate/Bachelor or higher in Nursing.
• 2 years RN ER hospital experience.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association/Red Cross).
• ACLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department.
• Rotating shifts; 6:45PM–7:15AM with EveryOther weekend.
• Participate in staffing pool assignments across BayCare facilities.
