Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care per facility policies and standards.
• Communicate with physicians and nursing staff about patient needs, medications, and IV administration.
• Monitor patient vital signs using medical equipment and document care.
• Demonstrate professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
