Seasonal Elevator Worker - Leoti, KS

This is a seasonal, hourly position.

Position Summary

Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:

• Dump and load railcars and trucks
• Operate a grain dryer
• Assist with grain handling
• General housekeeping duties
• General maintenance, as needed

Job Requirements

• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures, as well as uphold the ADM Code of Conduct
• High school education or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Driver's License * (license required for specific regions)
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Able to meet physical requirements including prolonged standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and at heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in various conditions (heat, cold, dust), moving up to 50 pounds, and wearing a respirator
• Willing to work overtime and weekends if needed
• Work independently with initiative; flexible to work in a team when needed
• Maintain a professional image and positive attitude
• Work near or around dry/liquid fertilizers
• Operate power industrial equipment
• For Barge/Terminal locations: barge loading, deck handling, working near or on water
