Job summary

The Paper Store, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Ecommerce Merchandiser in Acton, MA to support day-to-day site content and merchandising for a six-month assignment. You will focus on accurate product presentation, seasonal launches, and improving the online shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to learn quickly while collaborating with cross-functional partners. You will update homepage, category pages, and campaigns; perform QA checks; and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 1–2+ years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related roles.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; comfortable with MS Office.
• Experience with content management or site merchandising tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily ecommerce merchandising updates across brands and platforms.
• Maintain product data: pricing, imagery, descriptions, and categorization.
• Support seasonal launches, promotions, and new product rollouts.
• Perform QA checks on product data, content, and pricing.
• Collaborate with Buying, Planning, Marketing, Creative, and Ecommerce teams.
• Prepare recurring reports on product and conversion performance.
• Work 3+ days/week at the Corporate Office in Acton, MA.
