Role Overview

As Local Manager, you will oversee daily operations for our photo operations and implement strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at your venue. The ideal candidate will lead, develop, and motivate the local team to achieve personal, professional, and company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain our core values and policies
  • Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
  • Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Respond to all business calls or emails in a timely manner
  • Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to maximize sales potential
  • Verify daily bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are with financial paperwork
  • Coach and develop team members to drive revenue and provide world-class guest service
  • Establish and maintain positive vendor relations
  • Partner with the host venue to support efficient operations focusing on guest service and profitability
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to ensure optimal guest experiences
  • Ensure accurate preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned in the Employment Agreement
What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
  • Professional attire and good hygiene
  • Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
  • Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
Knowledge, Experience & Skill
  • At least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods
