This dual-role position trains you to perform both cover driving and warehouse responsibilities, offering variety and growth as you rotate between driving and warehouse tasks. The role involves rotating between shifts, with 8–10 hour days as a driver and 3.5–5 hour shifts in the warehouse, lifting up to 70 lbs, and adhering to UPS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required
• Satisfactory driving history
• Pass the DOT physical
• Pass a UPS driver test
• Excellent customer contact and driving skills

Responsibilities

• Cover Driver: Safely operate UPS delivery vehicles and deliver/pick up packages.
• Warehouse Worker: Load/unload packages and sort/move in a warehouse.
• Rotate between driving and warehouse duties based on needs.
• Comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the uniform
