UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor in Toledo, OH to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and teamwork, while maintaining compliance with all policy requirements.

The role emphasizes coaching, training of new and existing staff, and fostering a positive, collaborative environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required, with management experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
