UPS is hiring a Seasonal Driver Helper to assist a UPS package delivery driver with curb-to-curb deliveries. You will spend your day outdoors, interact with customers, and help ensure packages are delivered safely and on time.

Helpers do not drive the brown truck and work opportunities vary with weather and business needs. This seasonal role offers flexible morning schedules, potential shifts Monday through Saturday, and opportunities to gain experience with an industry-leading company.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy boots or slip-resistant shoes for outdoor work.
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor duties.
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling based on needs.
• Saturdays/holidays work may be required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the UPS driver in delivering packages to homes and businesses.
• Work outdoors and interact with customers while ensuring safe, on-time delivery.
• Meet at a designated pick-up location with the driver; helpers do not drive the brown truck.
• Shifts are seasonal and vary; schedules may include mornings, weekdays, and weekends.
