Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Driver Helper to assist a driver in delivering packages to homes and businesses. You’ll spend your day outdoors, interacting with customers and helping ensure on-time delivery, while meeting at a designated pick-up location.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, lower, and carry packages weighing up to 70 lbs.
• Sturdy work boots or slip-resistant shoes for outdoor work
• Weather-appropriate attire for outdoor work
• Flexibility with day-to-day scheduling, based on business needs and availability
• Saturdays and holiday work required – depending on business needs
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Team up with a UPS driver to deliver packages to homes and businesses.
• Work outdoors and interact with customers throughout the day.
• Meet the driver at a designated pick-up location; helpers do not drive the brown truck.
• Support deliveries during seasonal periods and peak times.
