Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a festive Seasonal Parcelforce Collection & Delivery Driver for the Cleveland area. The role is on-site with a guaranteed minimum of 20 hours per week and a pay rate of £16.80 per hour, paid weekly.

You will collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses, perform safety checks, and use a handheld PDA to optimise routes during the busy holiday period. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience or confidence in driving a 3.5t van.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a touch of holiday cheer.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to work independently.
• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated, especially during festive rush.
• Weekly pay and seasonal hours available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks.
• Collect and deliver parcels to residential and business addresses.
• Provide professional, friendly, dependable service.
• Sort and organise parcels before delivery routes.
• Use handheld PDA to follow planned routes during peak season.
• Safely lift and deliver parcels up to 30kg.
