In this role you will perform data entry duties and provide essential donor support within a team, using Virtuous CRM+ and standard office software. The position is administrative, not customer-facing, and requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Our Donor Services Associate will participate in supporting the Tampa Bay community through data entry work and other customer support functions as a member of a larger team. As our Donor Services Associate you will help provide vital support to Metropolitan Ministries and to those we serve. Your contribution of time and skill will help many in our community have a Happy and Hopeful Holiday!
High School graduate and demonstrated proficiency with business software packages including Microsoft Excel and Word required. Clerical skills including adding machine required. One to two years proven experience in a related field.
Must be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team framework; must be able to communicate effectively in English; must be dependable; demonstrate maturity and sensitivity to issues of faith, culture, and other sources of diversity; ability to plan and organize work and attend to detail; ability to handle job-related matters in a professional and diplomatic manner. Customer service-oriented with a positive and helpful attitude.
Hearing and speaking ability which allows for effective oral communication of information; physical, emotional, and spiritual stamina to handle job-related issues and stress.
Demonstrates a passion for the mission and vision of Metropolitan Ministries. Must demonstrate legal authorization to work in the United States.
