Outdoor Recreation Hospitality is recruiting for a District Manager position at the Arapahoe Boulder District near Denver. This role oversees operations for an assigned recreation area, ensures compliance with plans and standards, and leads a team of hosts and maintenance personnel during the 2027 season.

Qualificações

• Strong customer service skills with public-facing work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Flexible, adaptable and resilient in a seasonal environment.
• Willingness to learn, take feedback and lead teams effectively.
• Good judgement and decision-making within role boundaries.
• Basic manual labor and cleaning tasks may be required.
• Must be able to lift 20+ lbs and move about the facility.
• Experience in supervision or leading others is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees general operations within an assigned area to meet standards.
• Trains hosts and maintenance staff and coordinates shift schedules.
• Conducts safety briefings and training workshops for new hires.
• Maintains positive relationships with staff, visitors, and agencies.
• Addresses visitor concerns and enforces rules courteously.
• Manages field operations, repairs, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Participates in fee collection, recordkeeping, and reporting.
• Fills in for hosts during breaks and vacations.
