Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Associate to ensure accurate orders and uphold product integrity in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work overtime as needed. Prior distribution experience is preferred; candidate should be detail-oriented and reliable.

Qualifications

• Prior distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and hand-held devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math calculations for selecting, counting, and checking work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform procedures and documentation to maintain high quality finished product.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Routinely work in cross functional roles to meet daily productivity goals.
• General housekeeping, maintenance and organization of work area.
• Record time worked accurately and per policy.
• Follow Sur La Table policies and SOPs.
